Rate per room per night: $94.00 for single and double occupancy. Rate does not include 13% sales tax but does include other taxes.

If you choose to make room reservations at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, rooms will be held until 5:00pm on Friday, 12/15/2017. When calling in your reservation, please identify yourself with the group code "IPM" and group name "UMD IPM Short Course" as well as the dates you would like to stay.
Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is no later than 11:00am. A late departure charge may apply for anyone checking out after 12:00pm.
Should you need to cancel your reservations with Holiday Inn Express & Suites, you must do so by 6:00pm EST, one day prior to your arrival date to avoid a one night room charge plus13% tax to your credit card.

If you are flying in, Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport is the most convenient to use. To get from BWI to the University of Maryland, College Park campus, you can rent a car, take a cab or ride-share service, or use a shuttle service. You can pre-arrange for the Super Shuttle service from most airports over the web. You can also call Super Shuttle at 1-800-258-3826.
Note that unlike previous years, we will not offer free on-campus parking. If you choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in College Park, they offer a free shuttle service to and from campus. Other - though not all - local hotels also provide such a service. Be sure to check with the hotel.
Otherwise, there is metered parking on the upper-level of the Regents Drive Parking Garage located immediately adjacent to the Plant Sciences Building for $3/hour.
A continental breakfast will be available each morning at 7:30am in Room 1140 of the Plant Sciences Building. Lectures begin at 8:00am. Lunch, dinner, and lodging are not included in the registration fee. Meals are are available at the nearby Stamp Student Union and are within walking distance at local restaurants along Baltimore Avenue (Route 1). A map to area restaurants will be provided for those who wish to dine off campus.
